Arwolt started his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants after obtaining a MSc degree in aerospace engineering.

In 2006 Arwolt joined the M&A advisory team of NIBC. In 2018, Arwolt became NIBC’s head of Corporate Finance (M&A, capital raise, and debt & equity solutions).

Arwolt joined Catalyst in October 2022, driven by the passion to work in an entrepreneurial setting and its client focus on realising top-notch, bespoke M&A and capital raise solutions for entrepreneurial mid-market and family owned companies and investors.

In his free time, Arwolt enjoys squash, soccer, hiking, as well as spending time with his wife and three sons.
