Lucas van den Berg
Analyst
In 2022, Lucas graduated for his Bachelor’s degree in International Business at the University of Groningen, after which he gained financial sector experience through an internship at ABN AMRO. Building on this experience, he completed a Master’s in Finance at the University of Amsterdam, graduating cum laude. After a four-month internship at Catalyst Advisors, he joined the team as an Analyst in February 2025.
Lucas chose Catalyst Advisors for its boutique culture, which offers more personal and effective collaboration with colleagues and clients, providing him with a steeper learning curve.
After a lifelong passion for hockey, nowadays Lucas enjoys staying active through sports such as padel and golf. When not on the court or the course, he enjoys dedicating time to his passion for cooking, exploring new recipes and refining his cooking skills.
