BES Group, a leading UK player active in the TICC sector with more than EUR 200m sales, acquired a majority share in ECH-Groep. ECH-Group is a Dutch TICC company based in Ede, offering testing, inspection and certification services in the areas of a.o. heating/cooling, pressure, and material quality.

For BES Group this is a milestone transaction in their buy-and-build strategy since its marks their first acquisition outside the UK. BES Group is owned by Inflexion, a leading mid-market private equity firm, and AlpInvest.
