The Noordwijkerhout-based company is a worldwide operating designer and distributor of luxury furniture, lighting and home accessories. Catalyst acted as the trusted advisor to Eichholtz’ selling shareholder, while Rothschild & Co was the lead financial advisor in the sales process.
