Lexar Partners has acquired MBOwebshop.nl from Capital A portfolio company Breens Network. MBOwebshop is a leading and fast-growing digital platform for distributing vocational study materials in the Netherlands. Founded in 2017, MBOwebshop is an innovative ‘digital by nature’ one-stop-shop, facilitating both educational institutions and their students. With Lexar as its new partner, MBOwebshop aims to realize further growth plans and will play a key role in the continuous digitalization of education.
