OC&C Strategy Consultants is an international strategy consulting firm, delivering bespoke solutions to its clients globally. OC&C Strategy Consultants Benelux was founded in 1992 by former McKinsey partner Mr. Pieter Witteveen, and is based in Rotterdam.

EY acquired OC&C Strategy Consultants Benelux. As part of the transaction, all appr. 60 professionals, including six partners, transferred to the Parthenon-EY, the globally active strategy consulting practice of EY.
