Hans Lycklama

Hans started his career at ABN Bank. He combined his study with an international career as a competitive rower. He competed in five World Championships, of which four delivered him a medal. In 1987, he joined Kempen & Co where he co-founded the Corporate Finance team. After 15 years Hans joined the management team of the The Hague-based merchant bank NIBC.
In 2011, Hans joined Catalyst. Independence of advice and the entrepreneurial setting made him decide to join the firm. In his leisure time Hans coaches talented rowers to their top performances on (inter)national championships.
