Herman started his career at ABN AMRO Bank. After a couple of years he joined NIBC for which he worked 15 years in various roles in M&A advisory, equity-, and financing solutions. In 2016 he started working with H.I.G. Whitehorse, a US investment firm, where he was responsible for the Benelux. In 2019, Catalyst Advisors asked him to join the team.

Herman’s passion is solving complex challenges. Commitment, pragmatism, and independency are the core of every transaction advice. Standard solutions are not enough in these fast-changing times.

Herman volunteers as a board member and enjoys any type of sports which involves a ball.
